Aloha Council Camp Card Campaign

Camp Cards are an opportunity for Scouts to earn their way for their next adventure! Save at your favorite merchants while supporting Scouting in Hawaii!

Camp Card Timeline:

  • November 1 – Camp Card Promotions and Unit Sales Sign-up Begins
  • December 2 – Camp Card Sales Begin  
  • March 31 – Camp Card Sale Ends
  • April 15 – Last Day for units to turn in money and unsold camp cards  
  • April 15 – Last Day to request Prizes

Why Sell Camp Cards?

  • Camp Cards (discount cards) are a great way to earn money for your unit and the Aloha Council
  • Each Camp Card sold directly benefits your unit, with 50% of the proceeds going back to your unit to help mitigate the cost of camps and programs for your Scouts! 
  • Provides a great opportunity for Scouts to learn fundraising, build confidence, and earn their way to camp! Afterall, a Scout is resourceful! 

Council Top Seller Rewards

  • Top seller from each island will receive $200 Amazon E-Gift Card and 2nd place will recieve $100 Amazon E-Gift Card 
  • The Top Selling Unit from each island will receive $250 credit towards their unit account

Next Steps 

  1. Register Your Unit: Please register your unit’s interest at this [link] by November 15. 

  1. Discuss Strategies: Start talking with your Scouts and leaders on how to maximize sales. 

  1. Storefront Opportunities: The Aloha Council will arrange for Foodland storefront opportunities for Scouts to sell. Additionally, unit leaders can also arrange sales locations in high-traffic areas. 

  1. Certificates of Insurance: Certificates of Insurance may be requested through the following https://bit.ly/BSA_COI_Req 

  1. Card Pickup: Each unit will be allowed to pick up the number of cards up to what they sold last year. More cards will be available when you return initial sales monies.
